The burgers are to die for! Have eaten there on a few occasions. Even stopped in for a shake once, yummy! Food takes a bit long to get but is fresh and hot! Parking is easy. Staff was a little less than helpful this last time. It’s like they all wanted to talk to each other or on their phones, something else was more important. Not cool guys. But otherwise great food!

My friend and I had the sour dough burgers, fries and tea. I swear it was the best dine out meal we’ve had in a long time. Tea was great, etc. Diner was very clean, immaculate! The girl that took our order and cooked was beautiful and Very personable. A GREAT PLACE TO EAT!!! I COULD EAT THERE EVERY MEAL…

Really really sweet staff. This is my first experience ever going to a Heff’s Burgers and it was awesome. The kind cashier that we had was Donald and he was very energetic and helped me with any questions I had. Whomever made my food did a great job too!

Not worth the price. The burger was ok, the meat didn’t have any seasoning on it and when the patty is 3/4 inch thick the no seasoning really stands outs. All I tasted biting into the burger was just the plain ground beef. We got Vanilla milkshakes as well which came 5 minutes AFTER our food. The onion rings were good. We were pretty disappointed with the burgers and shakes though , especially for the price.

Had a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived to an empty drive-thru and had to wait 10 minutes before we were helped. Waited an additional 7 minutes to get the food and they failed to realize we ordered drinks. We eventually got everything and made it home to find our order was wrong. We asked for no onions on a patty melt and it had onions. We asked for mustard, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and pickles on a burger and it had nothing other than meat and cheese. We ordered 2 sweet teas and received 2 unsweetened teas instead. Everything on our receipt correctly reflected what we wanted and ordered, but it wasn’t what we received. This is the 4th bad experience I’ve had here. I waited over a year to try this location again and it was a huge disappointment. Although the staff was friendly, the service was entirely too slow and the food was lousy. Not at all worth the $45 that was spent. We will not be returning.
