The Gadson
Super friendly staff serving a variety of burgers and chicken strip combinations. Had the Heff Burger with cheese which came out hot juicy and fresh as everything is cooked to order. I chose spiral fries with my combo and both where very good.

Food was really good. It was fresh and the service was awesome. The burger had great seasoning and was very tender. Seems like the meat patties are formed at the restaraunt.

We brought a group of youth here on our mission trip and we’re so impressed with the customer service offered by Victoria and her team. They went above and beyond to attend to our kids’ food allergies and to make sure we were served in a timely way. We were expecting more “fast food” but this was several steps up. Avocado and fried eggs and bacon on the burgers – great!

How hard should it be to get an order right, when someone just orders one of the burgers already on the menu, without any alterations? Apparently, it’s too difficult for whoever is working in the kitchen today. American cheese, instead of Swiss; un-melted, and actually cold, at the edges. The restaurant was mostly empty. There needs to be an adult in charge here.

Service was great! Greeted when walked in the door. Took order quickly and came out fast. Didn’t say to go but order came out bagged up. They took back and put in baskets. Food was good and fresh! Been here before. Tried the curly crispy fries. Must try! They were delicious! Serve yourself drinks. Refills no charge. The place has cool 50’s vibe. Teal and black and white check decor. With speed signs, etc. very clean. The employees were out sweeping and cleaning. Music is a bit annoying. A little to loud to have a conversation.

The service was great, nice friendly staff that was very helpful with the menu. Burgers were good and juicy; I had the Bucket Burger and my wife had the Jalapeno Cheddar Burger. Both burgers came on Jalapeno Cheddar buns which were great also. Beware their jalapeno’s are hot and they don’t hold back when they stack them on your sandwich. We got a side of Twister Fries which were crispy and delicious; plus a side of onion rings which were Ok, we did not like the breading. Restaurant was clean but needed to be picked up (we went after lunch rush). We will be going back and trying more items on the menu. Overall great food and great customer service.

Alright, so I see this trend more and more with restaurants. They start making food a little smaller, which I get, but then they give you less fries or chips or whatever with it. It is the cheapest part of the meal. Load us up with tots please. There is not a potato shortage. Everything tastes great and the employees are very kind. You will love the food here but you will still be hungry after you have finished eating.

If they aren’t messing up the order you put in they will give you horrible customer service. Too busy making themselves milk shakes to take care of customers. If they mess up your order you will have to go in to get it taken care of because they will not answer phones or come outside. Definitely not worth the 40 dollars spent on 2 meals.

I don’t go often, but when I do, I always get the same order. I usually get a large side, half fries, half onion rings with my burger. I usually get a good portion. This time, I got 6 rings and a few fries, and they charged me $3 more… The manager even said, we could do it for our regular customers but not new customers… I’m not going back

Food is mediocre at best. Staff is friendly but not well trained. They could not get my order correct. I wanted to substitute something I was allergic to and and an additional patty. Never got the extra paty and they served my burger with the allergic item. Instead of making a fresh burger They just removed the item and replaced it with a substitute. Luckily there was no residual juice.
