I had the hamburger steak meal . Ut was delicious and definitely not frozen, the meat was seasoned and tasted fresh. Hadhbrowns were crispy. Eggs fluffy. Coffee was nice and string enough to get you going. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend treating yourself to this restaurant

Honestly!!! The “Best Breakfast” we have had since arriving in Daytona Beach!!! Breakfast is HOT and VERY reasonably priced!!! If you haven’t eaten here you need to try it! We will eat breakfast here every day until our vacation is over! THANK YOU Hefner’s Kountry Cafe!

What a refreshing experience! Good service seems to be hard to find these days but Tyler at Heffer’s was on the ball with awesomw personality. Food came out quick and was prepared exactly as ordered. If you are looking for a cute mom-and-pop breakfast spot, give it a try.

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews. What a disappointment. The food is mediocre and the service horrible. I was warmly greeted by a gentleman bussing tables but the server all but ignored me after bringing out my meal. I tried twice to get her attention and finally managed on the third try. I then sat and waited for 20 min waiting for my check. Little did I know, I was supposed to go to the counter and she would ring me out. As I handed her my card, she handed me the card reader and walked away from the counter without a “thank you” or “have a nice day”. I wont return.

I got the “britches buster” and you can consider my britches-busted. The biscuits and gravy, the pancakes, the hash browns were all the best I’ve had in the while. THIS BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD! And I can’t believe this was all for 8 dollars for the meal!
