I will never get food here ever again worst decision I made I was sick for 3 hours from eating there orange chicken.The chicken was black the lady said it was freshly made but when I called to tell them about the chicken she told me they cooked it in the morning. My fried rice had the same nasty pieces of chicken in it they refused a refund even with a receipt and the food to show Your better off eating panda express

It’s a typical hole in the wall Chinese restaurant so if that’s the atmosphere you’re looking for this is your place. We get takeout from here all the time. The food is consistently good. I will say that you can tell who is cooking by how spicy the food is. There’s not much consistency in that regard from cook to cook. But it’s still good every time.

The staff was nice but this is definitely among the worst Chinese food I’ve had. Just low quality beef, undercooked vegetables, and the brownish sauce on my #61 looked like something you’d squirt out of a bottle. This might pass in a town with two restaurants…but RR isn’t really that small. Not sure how they stay in business. Even the iced tea was tasteless.

I’ve only been to this restaurant once and I’ll definitely be returning. Freshly made delicious food. I got the lunch special with beef broccoli, fried rice, an egg roll, and egg drop soup. Good service too.

Nasty, disgusting, vomit worthy “food”. The crispy chicken pieces do not fry and separate, they come out clumped together with raw batter gluing the raw chicken together in the middle of the glob. Rio Rancho doesn’t have good restaurants in general and Heaven Dragon is one of the worst.

This is a stereotypical Chinese American restaurant. It could use a little sprucing up but don’t let that deter you. The food is excellent. Prepared quickly. Reasonably priced and served with a smile. I am looking forward to actually sitting down and eating there for the full day experience…but the take out left no complaints!
