Delicious! Friendly! Cute place! We had a couple hot dogs that were terrific! These heartbreakers use some quality sausages! The kiddo had a grilled cheese with fruit preserves and it was a great success! The ice cream was super tasty!

Small place but the food is excellent. I had the brisket dip which was a special and it was great. My wife and granddaughter had breakfast sandwiches and they loved them. You can’t go wrong with the food here. They also have house made ice cream and house made condiments for sale. This place is definitely worth a visit.

I would love to be able to review their food/dessert offerings, but unfortunately they’ve never been open the few times I’ve stopped by. I’ve double checked operating hours and still no luck. I understand running a small business is difficult during our current circumstances, however building up trust and reliability within the community you’re catering to should be a priority.

Every element of this place is thoughtful, creative and delicious. I also really appreciate the selection of bubbly and belly warming non alcoholic beverages. I highly recommend this place! It’s homemade to the bone (including ice cream) and also sooo great for folks with different dietary situations.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST ICE CREAM !,im pretty sure their using REALLY REALLY OLD ICE CREAM & passing it off as gluten/vegan ice cream, the chocolate was okay, but cherries jubilee if that’s what you want call it was gross. It tasted like freezer burn with chunks of what I hope was chocolate(definitely wasn’t cherries)& the orange/blackberry was just vanilla with a couple berries mashed in it, NOT WORTH IT.

love this little neighborhood gem for saturday brunch! flavors all incredibly on point, bacon was amazing, pulled pork was perfect, cafe du monde coffee hit the spot, too. only 1 star off though because the weekend grits bowl was actually just crumbled cornbread at the bottom? I have yet to have authentic creamy southern grits in this town and thought for sure y’all would deliver on the real deal. 🙁 heartbreaking indeed! will be back, though, for the ice cream.

I’m a vegetarian, my husband eats everything, it’s not often we find a place that will suit what we’re both in the mood for. We were coming off a plane from NYC, and looking for something quick that was a departure from the airport food we’d been eating. I had the Jolene Jolene with the carrot pup and he had the South x PNW with a beef pup and we were both jealous of each other’s hot dogs! I had the option between a carrot hot dog and a soy one (yay options!!). I decided to lice dangerously and DID NOT REGRET IT. The carrot pup had so much flavor. I’m obsessed. We topped it off with homemade butterscotch bourbon ice cream. Space is cute, staff is friendly, just go!!

Amazing Bee Grilled Cheese(no bees, just yummy honey) and veggie chilli! The ladies working the counter were very friendly and helpful. Ambiance is super cute, retro country dinner and there are tables to sit outsie too. Heartbreaker makes all there own ice cream and pickled veggies as well.
