The Food was exceptional. Staff was friendly, Mrs Ro was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Lobster bites was the best I’ve had, my fiancé and I came up from Tennessee, first time in Miami, and by far this was the best food we’ve had in town and we’ve tried a lot of places in the last 4 days we’ve been here. I wish we could take Lovelys back to Tennessee we need this type of food back home. We will be back to Miami for Lovelys

This is one my favorite go to restaurant customer service always A1 . I have gotten a fried lobster bites with fries, shrimp fried rice, guilty pleasure rainbow cake , and a large Rainbow lemonade. Everything was so good, hot and ready. I definitely recommend this place whether it’s eating healthy or enjoying a nice meal.

At Jazz in the Gardens and the service is horrific! I ordered 2 meal and the cashier only run me up for 1. I then waited a whole 30 mins and realized I realized was incomplete. Placed the another order and waited another 30 mins and food still didn’t come out. They have young kids working the counter and not enough adults/cooks. Extremely disappointed with the level of service.

I mean it’s ok. All the hype about it idk maybe it’s a Miami thing. We ordered 2 large rainbow lemonades, 20wings and fries (10pc each), a banana pudding $5, a grouper sandwich 9.99, and a boss special with fried lobster, shrimp, fish and rice. We paid $112 I understand packing sauces etc. We barely had any sauce on it we ask for sauce on the side for the wings she say ok but only give us ranch and ketchup then say I can only do sauce for wings if it’s on it. The sauce is made already why u can’t put some in a little cup. Nobody liked the wings. The fries had no flavor (season) no salt on the side nothing but ketchup. The grouper sandwich with the secret sauce taste like mayo ketchup and vinegar which threw me off. The size of the fish was smaller than the bun and lettuce. I had to go to a store buy sauces because we stay to far away to go back and do anything and some of it still went in the trash. The lemonade was the best thing they had.

Looks can be very decieving I ordered from lovelys because of the good reviews and good presentation and pictures of the food but never have I’ve been more wrong. The salmon is dry and smells like fish still(not seasoned or prepared properly) and the rice was truly disgusting and inedible not even the chicken inside the rice was good the only thing about the order that wasn’t horrible was the shrimp but to pay $21(28 with grubhub) and not like anything but the shrimp? I just had to give some honest tough love because although I lost my money the real issue is to improve the food quality that is being sold
