Service and atmosphere were excellent. We chose to sit inside on a very warm evening even the outside looks invite. Drinks were imaginative and delicious. The beet salad was divine. Our pasta dishes were excellent though next time I’ll order no added salt as I’m salt sensitive. The rhubarb panacotta was out of this world.

We came here for the Seattle Restaurant week. We ordered the seafood and pork belly. Both dishes and desserts were very tasty. Great service and friendly staffs. Highly recommended!

We’ve been to Haymaker a few times in the last couple of years. It is usually pretty good, tasty and good atmosphere.

My wife and I enjoyed very much our dinner with Seattle Restaurant Week specials. The food were all delicious and with a nice wine pairing. The service was attentive without being intrusive at first, but as the restaurant filled up, we experienced a long gap between appetizers and entrees.

Heard raving reviews, was underwhelming. Brussels were all oily leafs, hardly any body to it. Charcuterie was good taste and value. The rigatoni pasta had good flavour but have had better, nothing mind blowing. No meat or anything in the sauce , felt plain. the tonnarelli “scallop” pasta we got had no flavour and also felt plain. We sent this back because there really was no flavour to it… on the second version we got I noticed this one had one scallop in it which was strange. Do they normally not put scallop in this pasta and felt nice to add it or did they just forget on our first one….? I felt a little sketched out because of this. I most likely wouldn’t return.

BLUF: This awesome trattoria in East Lake serves beautifully designed home made pasta dishes, Italian appetizers and entrees, and wine with casual vibes that all make this place somewhere you can call a home away from home for comforting pastas in cold Seattle weather. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good restaurant overall. Cozy atmosphere with nice minimal design. The open kitchen is great and you can sit right in front.

Excellent food! I was blown away about how each and every dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The beef tartare was exquisite. The wagyu steak was like buttery tender beef bacon. It was almost too unctuous.

Ordering process is through a QR code and app, relatively simple. The menu options are limited, so easy to order. The food was delivered super quick. The calamari, pastas were very flavorful. The pastas had a little too much cheese. The pizza was perfect.

The vibe is great but we didn’t stay to have dinner. The menu is nothing like what we’ve read about and it wasn’t what we wanted, so we left after finishing my subpar mezcal drink. The entrees are expensive, do not come with sides, and a plate of asparagus was $14. I’m sure the pastas were great, but only one option came with a protein, and it was prawns—they are located right on the shore, couldn’t we do better in Seattle? We came for the delicious photos we saw posted on the other reviews on Google and Open Table and none of those options were available tonight. See attached photo of the updated menu. (The meatballs aren’t only $1 and the “shared” Chef’s Choice Tasting is $67 per person). Feeling bad about the bad review but it is what it is.
