The Tuna sandwich was good. The cake was delicious! A little pricey for the quality of the food, but the cake was worth every penny. Friendly service. I will go back for the cake.

A must dining experience in Raleigh! Frank’s tomato pie (seasonal) is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, amazing! Be sure to try a slice of cake!

Always a favorite spot!! The best food, service and desserts are to die for!!! . Burger joint by day, fine dining at night with white tableclothes and a great menu. We’ve done both many times finally taking the time to write a review!! Carrot Cake and Key Lime Pie is always a favorite my friends got the chocolate raspberry cake and was in heaven.

A community staple in 5 Points and a hidden gem among the newly relocated. You really can’t go wrong with anything in the menu but the Meatloaf SLAPS and the Salmon o that heavenly cloud of mashed potatoes is another go to. The star at this diner turned restaurant is dessert. The over-sized delectable cakes are something you need to plan on saving room for when dining here. We always end up ordering a couple extra slices to take home.

Nice intimate spot for a special occasion dinner. The meatloaf was the best I’ve ever had. Really cool decor with old photos covering the walls and WWII era planes in the bathroom.

Awesome retro diner with WW2 Military memorabilia and photos. Food could use a little salt, but they serve mostly an older clientele, so I understand. Staff is always very friendly and the cake selection is more than impressive

I had a good time here. The crowd is definitely older. Some fun and campy decor on the walls and ceiling. I loved the spiced bread they brought out with the biscuits.

I had fried oysters and coconut cake. They were both EXCELLENT. Our service was A+. Make a reservation it gets busy and the space is small.

A fantastic Cafe that makes great meals! I would highly recommend stopping in, even if it’s only to get cake. I had the tomato pie, and beef stroganoff. The service was incredible, and the meals were great. The cake is incredible though, I tried the chocolate pecan, lemon blueberry, and banana pudding. There wasn’t a bad option.
