It was my first time going and first impressions are very important. I went at lunch time and first thing I noticed was how long it took to be seated. The place was empty and yet it took a while for someone to come greet me. The waiting area was old and the seats were torn. Finally sat at the grill and they gave me lukewarm soup with raw mushrooms floating in it. I ordered the steak and chicken and the show was pretty nice which is why I gave it 3 stars. The food was served and presentation wise it was nice but the food was lathered in butter, oil and soy sauce. It was very salty and greasy. I left feeling very disappointed. Not sure I’ll go back. Sorry guys.

We are desperately trying to find a place to go for GREAT SUSHI since moving from the East Valley to the West Valley a few years ago. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! I asked about happy hour and they hostess said happy hour is from 3-6p and can be enjoyed at the table, not just the bar. We get seated and it takes about 10 minutes before someone comes to greet us and only after my husband started staring down the waitstaff at the far end of the dining room.

Came highly recommended but it was just subpar. We sat for almost 25mins before we actually ordered. I ordered was a thought was a side salad, out come a giant salad, this after I made sure inwas ordering a side salad. Everyones meal was wrong and no attempt was given to fix it, just a sorry for that. Never received a refill. Had to ask for the check and waited for 20mins before asking again. Overall, I wouldn’t return or would I recommend anyone here.
