Excellent pizza with great flavor. I love that the tomato sauce wasn’t sweet. I deducted one star because the crust was just hollow crisp and not chewy. This could be because of their technique which leaves a delicious crispy bottom of the pizza.

This pizza place caught my eye while my husband and I were browsing options at Sawmill Market.

Great, handmade pizza! I enjoyed a pepperoni, green chile pizza. It was very delicious. The employees are super nice and are very accommodating at answering any questions you have have about there very unique menu. The food came out well above the quoted estimated time. They are not skimpy with the toppings at all, as you find with a lot of pizza places. They are very generous, which allows for a great burst of flavor in each bite! Thank you Hawt, for a great experience. See you soon.

Well this is frustrating. I ate here a few days ago and had an absolutely awesome pizza. my return trip to Hawt Pizza was unfortunately very disappointing. The outer quarter of the bottom of the pizza was simply burnt. I normally enjoy the hint of char on a pizza crust, but this went far beyond a hint. Someone clearly left this pizza in for a minute or two too long.

I agree with the other reviews and shouldve read them before ordering. The thin crust is not made properly and has 0 structural integrity, your toppings might as well be on a (partially burnt) flour tortilla. As other people have complained, the crusts are partially burnt. As in blackened, charred, and certainly not tasty. Small, thin, flaccid, flimsy, floppy, 12 inch pizza for a whopping $18

Pretty mediocre for something so expensive (the og pizza is 19 and margherita is 14). The bottom of the pizza was also quite burnt.

Not bad a thin crust pizza but I can see why people will comment on the burnt crust. As for the pricey part all the other places in this food court type of facility were about the same at around the $15 to $20 for food not including drinks. The back patio is nice since none of the restaurants don’t have their own sitting area so you can sit indoors or outside. For Albuquerque it’s nice you will like compare to the other areas in town.

Smashed the “Day Drinker” meaty wood fired pizza and oh my gawd was it amazing! Perfect char, beautiful. Grabbed a beer from Paxton’s and listened to live music in The Yard at Sawmill Market. 100%!

Pizza was pretty good and price was decent considering it being in a place like saw mills. No complaints would definitely have the margarita pizza again. The service was quick, they said ten mins and it was ready in ten minutes.
