It’s fast food but taste better than a fast food joint , plenty of options, and extremely reasonable price foods hot and is ready fast. My daughter loves this place . The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We will go back again and again.

Really speedy service, the restaraunt itself was really clean and chill and welcomed when my son and I walked in. I ordered ahead so I didn’t see the menu but was helped with my order and given a menu when I came in to pick up. The food was fresh and really good my new fave location!

The food is not great. We couldn’t figure out if my meat was chicken or beef (we ordered chicken). The macaroni salad was very, very peppery for no good reason. The sauces were meh. It’s way overpriced for the quality. We really wanted to like it, maybe we will try again in a few more months when we forget how disappointed we are now. I gave 3 stars for customer service, they were very kind in the drive thru.

I have been a Hawaiian Hut customer since they first opened their first location. I have had a variety of different options on their menu and everything is SO delicious! The customer service is always amazing as well! I am super excited to have Hawaiian Hut in White City and I will continue to support them!

Great food and good value for the $$$. Given this is a new location, the amazing severs and speed of service was an impressive improvement from my visits to their other locations. This is definitely one of the best food spots in White City.

The rice tasted like minute rice, the meat tasted like it was boiled in a pot of teriyaki sauce and I had to pass on the macaroni salad because it smelled odd. A few hours after I ate I was treated to the experience of stomach cramps and puking my guts out for about 15 minutes. I was bent over the toilet clutching the wall and begging for it to stop, but somehow each time I retched I could feel more rice coming out of me, possibly more than I ate somehow. Finally after a few choking dry heaves I dragged myself to bed and spent the next 24 hours puking in a bucket and trying to keep water down.

Terrible. Idk how they expect to stay open soo close to another, super delicious, Hawaiian food place. Pork was bland. Rice is overcooked. Macaroni salad was ok… Price is a lot for the quality. Decent quantity, got lots of pork but it was the $15 large option. Island Grindz is WAY better.

The food was amazing and great portion. Best island food in Medford and prices are way cheaper than a fast food chain and better food! Not greasy and fried. Highly recommend it!!
