I’m from California and I wish we had a Hawaiian Grill where I live. My first visit I treated myself because I never known a fast food restaurant to serve T-Bone steak and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of steak was excellent. It was served with a baked potato, Texas toast and side salad. I ate all of it, it was that good. My drive home was 20 minutes and the food was still warm when I got there. The cost was only $11.99 + tax. I don’t know anywhere else you can go to get a delicious steak dinner for that price and it was served with all the condiments. A cute little pack of A-1 sauce (I never seen before) a pack of Daisy sour cream and pack of butter plus S & P. I will be back to try other items on the menu. Because if the staff can cook my steak order to perfection, I know everything else gotta be good. Job well done Hawaiian Grill

This location has the worst customer service and they have no respect for their customers! Two young guys were in front of me ordering and flirting with the young lady cashier and asked for a free drink one of the Arab guys in the back pulls out his gun like trying to intimidate them to move along YET that was so unnecessary! Secondly,every time I order cheese on the fries it’s a drizzle covering maybe 4 fries …ask for more you hafta pay when I’m actuality they should cover the fries with cheese because that’s what we pay for!

Made a phone order, expecting my order would be ready when I arrived, I driver 20 mins to get there. I had to wait another 15 mins. They started my order when I showed up. Overall, the food was great will go back.

Catfish and fries were not good fries were soggy and fish wasn’t cooked hard enough and to top it all off they sprinkle Lemmon pepper all over the plate I miss Mother’s fish

BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD !!! good food but the past 2 times I’ve come the guy at the window told me an amount significantly higher than what my total should be. When I ask for a receipt then suddenly the charges are correct and he “accidentally charged me twice” for this or that. For example will tell me my total is 57.63 and i let him know before he runs the transaction that I will need a receipt then my card is only charged 39.99…yeah I won’t be going back
