My family ordered Salmon Bowl, crunch lava roll, and spicy ahi roll. The food was nothing special. You can find better sushi at Safeway or any other grocery stores. The price was similar to other places. We ate outside of the restaurant. It smelled like somebody peed near by. Most of all, the cashier was not Kind at all. She almost had an attitude.

Local gem close to Waikiki! We loved the avocado bowls – a good portion for lunch after morning dives. The yellowtail poke tastes very good too.

Had a very solid salmon sashimi donburi. The price was very reasonable for what I got. I also particularly liked the use of kagura rice. The best part was that it wasn’t overly sweetened with rice vinegar, since I prefer my sushi rice to be less on the sweet side. I will definitely be coming back.

Our first visit in Hawaii coming from NY after the beautiful hacking in the diamond head mountain. Our family of 5 stopped for lunch a this place. The staff was not friendly at all. We felt discriminated stereotype cause we are Hispanic. The staff great everyone coming into the store very warm, except us. Not thank you for bringing businesses to them. In the menu they could offer us combo prices, but they didn’t recommend anything. Not friendly for Hispanics. We know many friends Japanese and Korean and never felt like that. Very disappointed

Really good sushi at a great price. I rather like that it’s not dine in, we took the rolls out to a bench by the beach, people watched and watched the moon rise over the ocean. Also, the tuna jerky is fantastic. I wish I had bought the big bag instead of the small one! I savored every bit of it.

The worst poke we’ve ever had. We ordered the spicy ahi bowl and the fish was like tuna from a can, as it was shredded into the spicy mayo and didn’t look like ahi pieces at all. It was on top of plain white rice with just some green onions on top. Very disappointing.
