Loved LOVED this fried chicken. So happy to find a great fried chicken restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and atmosphere is easy going and spacious. Will definitely make the trip back to eat there again. So good I had to buy a tshirt.

We were visiting Saratoga Springs and drove by Hattie’s. We read the history of Hattie and decided to give it a try. We ordered the fried chicken, sweet potato fries and red beans and rice. The chicken was decent, the sweet potato fries were good but the red beans and rice is a big no from both my husband and I…..they need to take that off the menu. I gave four stars because the employees were nice. I really wanted an order of fried green tomatoes and they were all out but the cook said they had a few left and gave them to us for free. They were delicious. Best part of the meal!

We’ve eaten there 3 times in 3 years and won’t be returning any time soon. The first visit was in the dead of winter with 3 other family members and everything was excellent. The last 2 visits were Ho-hum in food quality and comfort (cold inside).
