It was my first time at Hatsuyuki and first time in Texas. My friend took me to this spot and staff there was warm and welcoming, like many of the Texan locals I met. Food was delicious and priced well compared to New York. If/when I return to Fort Worth, I will definitely return to Hatsuyuki!

I love sushi and have eaten at a number of restaurants in the DFW area trying to find the place to go to satisfy my tastebuds as I am very picky in regards to sushi. Some of my top places are Shinjuku Station, Uchi, Uchiba, and Little Lilly’s but this place is by far my favorite for sushi. There is something about the quality of the fish and how it is prepared that cannot be replicated and seriously just sings in my mouth when I eat it. I swear, I come out of this place with a huge smile on my face. There is always a line and it is expensive but all of it is well worth it.

The BEST sushi restaurant in the DFW area. Period. Expect a wait typically. Everything we tried was outstanding. It was all so fresh tasting. The service was also incredible. It’s a little more pricy than most sushi places, but this is worth it.

First time at Hatsuyuki and we’ll definitely be back after hearing multiple positive reviews! Uni, kanpachi, and eel hand rolls were delicious. We’re excited to be back and try more special items on the list. Wonderful experience and the chefs are highly attentive and skilled

Extremely fresh and high quality sashimi. I would give 5 stars if the seats were more comfortable, bar style sitting but food wise, 5 Star!! Wait staff all great.

I was able to sneak over here for lunch when I was in town for work. The dishes we all really fresh and excellent quality. The highlights were the Stellar Bay Oyster and the hand rolls (Spicy Tuna & shrimp tempura). Everything is light and airy. The Hamachili needed a litter more vinegar for my preference to balance but still very good, and the Salmon w/ Truffle Ponzu was delicate and smooth. Presentation great for all dishes, and perfect small bites.

Excellent service, it seemed to be first come first serve for single patrons. Groups could be split up if you can’t wait for a larger spot to open up for your group. We were offered drinks while waiting. That was super nice of them.

I was able to enjoy Hatsuyuki for the first time yesterday. Without exaggeration, this was the best sushi I have ever had in my entire life. If you haven’t eaten at Hatsuyuki, you are missing out.

Great sushi joint in Dallas! Reminds you of standing sushi bar in Japan but with seats and plenty more space. Fresh sushi/sashimi in a lively and hip atmosphere.

I don’t know what to say. It was phenomenal, probably the best raw sushi I’ve ever had in my whole life. You’re welcome
