Went early in the morning to try their alcapurias I ordered a yuca and guineo both were so greesy the pernil inside of them were greasy, and barely had meat with just one bite from them you could see the oil drip down my mouth and the service was terrible i got there and there was 3 ladies standing, one went to the back and the old lady there just looked at me and started attending the next guy who came after me then the lady with the Puerto Rican shirt asked me very rudely have they attended you and she was there the whole time she knew no one attended , anyways I give this place a 0 star I haven’t tried their other food but with the service that I got today I definetly won’t be back , if anyone wants good Puerto Rican food go to criollisimo in new Britain ct

I love eating puerto rican food. But, have noticed that their Rice with pigeon Peas is lacking a bit a flavor and color. I don’t know if they have a new cook crew. But, I remembered that when there last place Comerio in Park Street there Rice with pigeon peas was off the chain. Overall, its ok. Now, there Fried Fritters Alcapurrias there awesome, and still the same as when they were in Park Street.

Food was amazing all around great taste. I could barely finish my meal from how much food I was given. Great prices as well. Only complaint was the oil in the fried food tasted a bit old. I did go in later on which could be the main reason for this so not really a problem.

Love supporting small businesses in my community. I absolutely love this restaurant. Parking situation sucks, but the food is worth it.

The food is good but the service not so much. They need to work on acknowledging when people come in and not have them wait. A simple, we will be right with you would be good. I often see one woman going back and forth while theres an old man who stands around. He doesnt smile and if shes helping someone he stands there.

Worst Spanish food ever. Bland no flavor at all. Wasted my time and money going here.

If you love Puerto Rican food, you will be pleased with this restaurant. The art in the wall depicting some of the most beautiful scenery in PR along with pictures of some of our most famous salseros, to boxer, and never to be forgotten baseball player/hero, Roberto Clemente, will make you reminisce your back at the island. Definitely recommend! Prices are very reasonable.
