Friday night walleye beer battered, pan fried or broiled is a win. Comes with soup/salad bar, choice of potato & roll. EXCELLENT. We have also tried the Chicken fried steak breakfast. This is a go to as often as we can. We are not locals. Prices are where they should be. You shouldn’t be disappointed at all. Buy the goodies on the counter for a road snack. Always friendly, clean & quick.

Small Town North Dakota amazing home cooked food. the real gem here is their prices! small town and they still have good service! they have been here a long time and still kicking! do not go in expecting fast food sit down relax have a good… pay $10 to harass the staff! Fabulous variety on the salad bar! Where else can you find 3 kinds of greens offered, just to start?? A romaine/iceberg mix, a spring mix, and spinach! Great evening specials! Just a bit of a wait to get the food, but we’d still recommend it

For small town restaurant it’s great! Homemade tomato cream soup is on point. Since COVID menu is relatively limited, but the daily specials are awesome. Coupled with the basic menu works out pretty good. There’s a soup and salad bar that comes with some things including the specials. I live in a equally sized town, maybe slightly bigger about half hour away one way. It’s worth the drive to come here.
