There is only a small fan and no ac on the Huntsville location. There was no fried chicken on the buffet line the chicken gizzards were extremely dry and old as well same of the rolls we had to wait for fresh food. I only wish I could post pictures of the poor quality of food.

My family were passing through town and ordered the buffet. Everything was clean and the staff were polite. It’s slightly expensive for what you are offered in my opinion. It’s as or even more expensive (based on age of the party and time of day) than say Golden Corral which has a ton more variety of items. Some foods were under the heat lamp for a little long, but everything was quickly replaced with fresh ones after they had been depleted. The chicken items were great as far as cheap generic fast food chicken is concerned. The Mac & Cheese was extremely bland. All in all if you’re hungry enough to get your money’s worth and keep the expectation that it’s cheap fast food chicken (Think Bush’s Chicken etc), it’ll be alright. Not amazing, but fair.

Pricey for bland dry food. Chicken is only good if it is hot from the fryer. Most Hartz Chicken to me has that I don’t care about the way they serve and present their food.

First, drive thru was the only thing open. Only 2 people working the whole store. They gave us the order wrong and I went back to get a refund. They put the food back on the line. They’re going to give someone the chicken that had my hands all over it? Really? And when I got my refund, the rude lady working there dropped my money on the ground. Been here 3 times and they’ve gotten my order wrong each time. Won’t be going back. I wish they had closed down instead of church’s.

No A/C. Very hot in there. Smells like sewer. Buffet at 6PM was left over from lunch at least, maybe all day! It was dryed up and not much on it. It was disgusting!! I asked for my money back and was told I couldn’t have it all back because of a card fee. Very bad experience!!! Never go there!!!

This Hartz went to he’ll after the manager changed awhile back. It used to be one of the best Hartz a couple of years ago. The franchise owner should be totally ashamed of this place. Get that lady back that was the manager.

I got the chicken buffet, it was $15 all in. The fried chicken is pretty good, nothing too special. Chicken tenders were very good, definitely the best thing there. All of the sides were pretty eh, you can tell most of them were canned and not made on site. Gizzards and livers were fine, the tejano wings were just gross.

Was disappointed in my visit today, and more likely will not be back. Chicken was undercooked still had pink inside, mash potatoes were bland no seasoning, and staff were not very friendly.
