Usually, I use the drive-through. However, today I walked in to obtain take-out for dinner. I wish I hadn’t! If I had gone through the drive-through as I normally do, this review would be better. The inside is in such poor condition! The counter is duct taped to cover issues. The ceiling tiles need replacing because of damage and/or water stains. The buffet is in poor condition. I personally couldn’t eat off this buffet! The ceiling fans are in shambles, with one of them sounding like an old car I used to drive. Countertops were chipped, a couple of floor fans posted in the dining area indicates an A/C issue. It’s time to gut this place and start over! There were too many issues to list. On the bright side, I purposely looked for insects to no avail. That’s how rough it was! It was clean…just worn out! The food remains stellar. If the open dining area is this worn out, what does the kitchen look like? The employees who were working today, 12/09/22, at 5:30 were outstanding!

Restaurant and restroom were not clean. Nats flying around while trying to eat. Spoon and forks for your meal was in dirty containers. Wish I could say something good about this Hartz”s because it’s the only one around for miles.. Owner needs to clean up are health department should close the doors.. Even the buffet was not good.. Dining room was also unclean….

This place was once good. Not sure what happened. Went in for the buffet, first it was hot as hell inside with some fans blowing. Paid for dinner as I went to get my food off the buffet nats and flys everywhere landing on the food and all. Made me sick to my stomach. Told management they refunded me but said they knew about the bugs that’s why they put plastic over the top but there’s dead bugs all on the ice. Disgusting. I want never be back.

They really know how to cook some good chicken for when you just want a fast food place. The manager here was super sweet and kept asking us if we needed any more chicken dropped in the fryer so that it would be nice and fresh for us.

Miserably hot. Flies were literally buzzing around me while I ate. Buffet food was cold until after we got our plates. Then, and only then, did new food appear. Cost was over $48 for the buffet. Could, and should, have gone to Golden Coral or something for basically the same money. Now I only have my heartburn to wait for.

Theirs never any fresh food out you always have to wait for food as well, poor customer service, when you ask for more food or more fresh food thats not crusty or dried out or been sitting under the heat lamp for hours they look at you like you’re crazy!!! Then when you’re fed up and ready to leave they magically get the food out that should’ve been ready!!!! You shouldn’t be waiting for customers to walk in to start doing your job its ridiculous and kinda humiliating
