Called to ask what pick up specials they had because it was not showing online and they told me they could not tell me the pick up specials over the phone which is so ridiculous!!! Then they said I need a coupon but when I asked where could I obtain a coupon they couldn’t give me that answer either. I have been ordering from this place for years and now I will never give them my business ever again their customer service today was very poor. How can you tell a customer I have picked up specials but I can’t tell you over the phone? They were very unprofessional and not helpful and I will never be ordering from them again!!

Getting home from work i saw a card from this place on my mail box, i have never ordered pizza from this place, so i gave it a go and ordered a party pizza with pepperoni, and a few french fries, when the pizza came, it looks decent, and it tastes amazing, they did the pizza well and it was at a good price, the french fries was good as well, the only problem i had was the amount of pepperoni they add on the pizza, its nothing to crow about but if they had to improve on something, its the amount of pepperoni or any other toppings. Overall this place is Great! But add alot of pepperoni next time you get an order

Don’t order from here via DoorDash or any other app unless you live in the vicinity of the area because they’re running some sort of scam where they accept your order even though you don’t live in their 3 mile radius, never cancel/deliver it, and then when you call to inquire where your order is they tell you “Oh we’re sorry, we cancelled it, doordash should have called you.” Then, they immediately put your order through as delivered on their end even though they told you they told doordash to cancel it. Luckily, DoorDash was still able to refund my order. Joke’s on Hartford Pizza though, cause I reported them to DCP and cc’ed the attorney general on the email. So they could wade through whether it was a mistake or a scam. Too bad because their pizza is actually pretty good.

The guy that answered the phone was extra rude and showed very poor customer service. Firstly how does a pizza shop not carry any cucumbers or carrots at all to add to a salad? Then I tried to add green peppers to a burger and I was told “I have to take all items as they come on the menu.” If I wasn’t familiar with the family that owns the place I would’ve cancelled. Hope it can be fixed!

First time ordering from Hartford’s Pizza and the workers over the phone were very rude and impatient. I wasn’t familiar with their menu and it was like I was begging them to tell me what the options were. The first staff couldn’t be bothered and just passed me on to another who told me to call back and disconnected the call. I can understand that it’s busy, but without a good customer service experience how are you going to gain new customers. With this service I would not be ordering from this restaurant.

Ordered a small pizza with 7 toppings and a 2 liter sprite. I received a pizza missing 3 of my toppings and the wrong soda. I said I should have been contacted instead of them choosing. I called to tell them of the errors with my missing toppings and was told powdered garlic was used in place of fresh garlic. I told them that was unacceptable when I’m paying $1.25 per topping. The woman on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, as if remaking my pizza correctly was a favor to me. It’s a shame I actually like their pizza but the attitude they give when they make a mistake ensures I will no longer purchase from their establishment.
