My first trip to the new diner and it rocks! I had the biscuits and gravy – very tasty. Jennifer, my wife, had an omelette and she loved it. The service was very attentive, and the room itself is very cool. Retro tables and chairs and great artwork and photos on the wall including paintings by Craig Albright and Johnnie Coyne. I’ll be back.

I’d like to rate the food, but we never got service. Hotess seated our party of 4, then left. 20 minutes later, still no waitress on a less-than-full morning. Hostess stopped by, apologized, then stood in front of the bar / serving area talking to *3* waitresses for another 10 minutes, still no one came to take our orders. Must have been more important to gossip amonst themselves than to want our money; at that point we left. I don’t recommend Harry’s for (at least) breakfast; with better options as Dandy Lion and St. Burch nearby, spend your money there.

I visited a couple times and the last time the music switched to death metal and that’s fine but that lowered the volume so you can hear the servers all talking about how they are feeling treated unfairly or something about being afraid to talk to the owner about their checks. It’s nice to have a new dive diner in the area but I’d prefer the dandy lion or the encounter cafe for breakfast. The philly cheesesteaks are okay for lunch but Jersey mikes is much better for my taste. I hope they work it out because it seems like there’s a new food service place that goes in and out of that lease about every year.
