Hands down, this Harolds is a hit!!! Food always on point, the owner is very professional, customer service always good, and on top of that they carry small wings which is always a plus, the sauce is a hit. Try the fried okra.. bangger!!! You can’t walk up, just call in the wait is not too long and they bring your food to you. Its my number one Harolds..

Best Harold’s Chicken around however, their business hour’s are terrible. They open too late @12pm & then they close again from 2p-5p. This is not the way to run a business also Cash Only. I may purchase their chicken maybe 1x month and that’s only because this Harold’s location has the best chicken. I would probably frequent this establishment more but No Way their hours are totally unacceptable and and they are not focused on the customer..!!

This place is an abomination. Why does it even exist? The lobby is closed so you have to called ahead. I called FIVE times before speaking with someone, only to find out they don’t accept debit/credit.

I was treated terribly yesterday. I kept calling to place a order but they weren’t answering so I went in person to place a order. With their lobby being closed, the young man that delivers the orders to the car completely ignored me when I asked to place a order. He kept walking in and out delivering orders to cars, refusing to acknowledge me or my order. When he finally responded to me, he told me to “wait” and continued to ignore me, even after all the cars where gone. One thing is for sure, as a business owner, I will never treat a customer that way. Especially not a polite one simply trying to patronize the business. This experience will ensure that my money, my families money and any of the people I serve that even speaks about patronizing this establishment, doesn’t. Unacceptable.

I just came here to say whoever cooked my chicken today…..I love you. I haven’t had this in so long. Back in the day when Ant was living, him and my daughter father would hang out…and the only way to shut pregnant me up was to feed me not sure if his family still owns this….but man it tastes the same as it did 11 years ago.
