Food was great, service was great. Music a little loud for a normal conversation. On weekends they automatically add 20% tip to the check so be prepared. And they add a liquor tax so be prepared, I had never heard of that before.

The service took forever on a slow, uncrowded Monday evening. We watched as the kitchen staff walked around and talked for 45 minutes, re-dropped fries and chicken that had been sitting for longer than the hour and a half we were there, then failed to change their gloves which were used while handling food, holding a jug of Bleach, touching doors, and the cook had the same gloves on leaving the kitchen, going out of immediate site, and returning to the kitchen to grab food with his gloved hands to plate the meals. The icing on the cake as I found a long piece of thin hair in my sandwich. I will NEVER return.

Only Reason I gave 4Stars, no fault of the Resturant…but the mentally challenged & strange acting folks (sorry don’t know what else to call em) outside of the window, kinda killed my vibe walking out the door. 🙁

I had a good time all up til my bill came. Every restaurant I go to I make sure I read the fine print, the menu did state it was gratuity on parties of 6+ & after 10pm. So I was confused as to why my bill came back with a $20 gratuity fee when it was a party of two and we ordered at 6pm.I get restaurants change their menus and prices but if it’s not updated on the menu it is considered STEALING MONEY. I brought it to my server attention and all she did was brushed it off. I do not recommend this place at all unless u want ur hard earned money stolen and to be mislead by an outdated menu. I have never been so outraged in my life everywhere I go I calculate my bill so I know how much I can spend but when u being lied to and finesse you’ll end up spending $132 for some chicken tenders, 2 drinks and a hookah

It is definitely a vibe in this place!! Our bartender was amazing!! Friendly, attentive, all around excellent service. Food was cooked to perfection! Chicken wings, Catfish and Fries!! Chef’s kiss to this meal!! And it is great in the air fryer the next day just in case you were wondering. DJ was lit, crowd was chill for the most part. They were simply having a good time, and I am not mad at that. If you haven’t been, I say it’s a must. At least one time. I’ll be back soon!!

I always have a good time at Harold’s. I’ve been going there since 2012/13. The crowd has changed-a lit of younger folks which can be problematic but for the most part they remain outside of Harold’s and just hangout on Edgewood at other spots. The food is so good here-of course you gotta get the chicken wings but the fish is also good too. The staff is friendly and fun (Hey Wayneeee!). If you’re visiting, check it out hit make sure you go back to wherever you live because Atlanta is FULL.

I understand it’s a seafood sold at the restaurant, but time we walked in the front door, it smelled like a fish market. It was a mosquitoe in the restaurant, and it was all over everyone. Will not be back to this one. I was told Marietta restaurant was better.

Me and my friends were visiting from L.A. Food was good, the fried okra was beyond good. The atmosphere was good as well, music was lit. Our waitress was very attentive, wings were really good.

I came in to dine in, but after being ignored for 10 minutes I decided to take out. I received an excuse from one of the young ladies working behind the counter. She claimed she was only working the front area and not by the bar. I politely and diplomatically decided to ignore the excuse and simply get my food. I also tipped well. I’m a Chicagoan and I need my mild sauce from time to time. Some businesses need to learn how to treat customers. This experience will make me go to other Harold’s in the Atlanta area.

I HAAAAATE this location. We are from Chicago. We dont live in Atlanta but when we’re in the area we always go here. Now during the day its fine. That night staff? NO. So weve placed orders online and they not see them and still have to wait, call an hr before closing and theyre hanging up in your face, leaving you on hold for 12 minutes before hanging up, etc so they can leave the moment they close. I get that its a dope environment and the employees want to have fun, Music is blaring, Cool. But i remember the first time i was in there. The lady working the register had her boyfriend and was dancing on him while i was waiting at the register to be helped. A guy noticed me and asked if i had been helped and told her to come help me. Then lets not forget the insane cost of the food due to having to pay for parking. Last night we got in town late and wanted to get some food on the way to the hotel. Battled with the lady on the phone 30 minutes before giving up and they shut the online order system down early. It was midnight. She just kept putting us on hold and then hanging up after a few minutes then they eventually stopped answering altogether. I didnt know there was another location down here and looking at google it appears they have a parking lot. If the food is semi decent and the staff is chill im giving them a 5 star review. That would be astronomically better service than what youll get at this location.
