Super disappointed. I ordered extra mild sauce with lemon pepper. Got home and had totally dry,unseasoned chicken, and a bread end. $30 for two dry dinners. ♀️

It’s a different ki d of Harold’s. I was at the party room on the 2nd floor for Tabu the World’s Greatest Stepper! Harold’s is a Chicago Staple.

Did not enjoy my food AT ALL. I frequent this location because I live nearby, however the last two times I’ve been, my chicken and fries did not taste good. Today I asked for the chicken to be fried hard, it wasn’t. My fries were undercooked or either recooked. 6 wings and okra over $20. At least it should be enjoyable.

Phoned in an order for pick up. I had to wait 30 minutes for the order to be ready once I arrived, which was exacerbated by the extremely loud environment (music and other customers). As I waited for the order, I looked into the kitchen and saw my order being prepared by someone who was not wearing gloves. Yikes! Asked for a refund and the staff were defensive about my concerns. I got my refund and left promptly.

This place is everything you could want in a Harold’s and more. The chicken taste like 83rd and Ashland when they were a hit back in the day. Shoutout to this Location. The bartender is amazing as well.

I placed an order on Uber eats. I am missing a wing dinner . Called the restaurant back to let them know , I’m missing food and was hung up on by the general manager . Also the general manager was VERY argumentative towards me. The general manager also stated that the Uber driver must’ve stolen the wings. REALLY

Everyone talks about the sauce but for me my personal opinion that sauce was not all all of that it wasn’t as hype as I thought it would be…. But the lady who made the drinks they were good I had to give her that part.
