A nice little surprise! We walked right past it at first (this location used to be a little dress shop.) Decor is great, modern yet very classic. Our server, Leah was so friendly and attentive. We ordered the sea scallop fettuccine, tomato basil soup, and Karl’s burger (can’t remember the name exactly, but it had jalepenos and siracha mayo).

Foodie Heaven! I’m a self admitted food snob, but my hair is blown back by the amazing meal we just had. Our server was fantastic, the food was incredible (probably the best fried oysters I’ve ever had, and I lived on the coast for over a decade!!). Seriously, if you like good food, this is a great option (and they’re open late! Bonus!). The ceviche was delicate and flavorful, the bison meatloaf was hearty but not heavy (this is NOT your mother’s meatloaf!), the salmon was cooked perfectly. Just…. Yes! Eat here!

My husband and I went to Harold’s last night for our anniversary dinner. I really liked the ambiance; the interior is attractive and the seating is comfortable. They have table seating and bar seating inside and patio seating out back. We could have been seated at a table quickly, but we chose to sit at the bar because that is what we like to do. We began with drinks (a mule cocktail which we enjoyed) and the artichoke dip, which was so good I would go back again just for that. I ordered the filet, which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the bison meatloaf, which he said was really good. The service was prompt. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return. BTW, the on-street parking is limited, but there is a very large parking lot in the rear of the restaurant.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The ambiance, the food the drinks, the service, everything. I had the Old Fashion’ and The Samba (coconut rum, citron vodka) to drink. They were both so incredible but The Samba ended up being the table favorite. As for the meal, I had the pleasure of ordering the Fried Boneless Chicken and it was hands down the best fried chicken I have ever had! Accompanied with green beans, jalapeno cornbread and SUPER tasty mashed potatoes and gravy, it was probably one of my favorite meals. I am a fried chicken aficionado and I am vouching that this is the best I’ve ever had, anywhere!

We came from Akron with our family for lunch on a Friday to celebrate birthdays. The Americana atmosphere was positively captured through the interior decore. Such a clean and inviting scene! The food was delicious, the servers were friendly and attentive and the price was quite fair. We can’t wait to go back again and bring others with us.

We were expecting a much better experience based on reviews. We waited an hour for our entrees and our server didn’t even seem to be aware. My husband’s salmon was tasteless and my bison meatloaf was dry and way over salted. Both entrees were barely warm. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we will not be returning.
