Been eating here for since they opened. They moved to this location from a place on the other side of Rte. 26, and North of here. My mother bought us here. Best burgers in Maine. Just discovered that indoor seating is gone. Dam covid! Food is as good as ever!

Walk up hot dog and hamburgers. Reminds me of a Rapid Rays or Dons lunch. It can definitely get busy there. They used to do indoor seating but I don’t believe that’s an option anymore. Also they are CASH ONLY made the mistake the first time, and it was awhile before I was able to go back to try. Definitely worth a try, and places like this aren’t around as much as they used to be.

It was a “good” burger, dogs and fries but I can’t rave as much as everyone else. Both of us felt it was good but not great, meaning a little to plain and simple for all the hype. We would still go back but unlikely to go out of our way to return.

Yummy “primary source” burgers to use a term from the burger god George Motz. Not sure if the little sweet burgers themselves are worth the 30 minute wait, but paired with the onion rings… WOW. Man, now I want some onion rings… guess I’ll be waiting on line again tomorrow.

Can’t eat inside anymore since covid, but the food is so tasty, who cares! They have a nice back yard with picnic tables and I like the outdoors, so I still give atmosphere a 5. I started going to this place about 50 years ago and is still my favorite burger joint. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and even cheesedogs. Yes, cheesedogs! Split down the middle with melted cheese. Get them all loaded, or it’s a sin! Their sweet relish mixed with sauteed onions is like none other. Buns I think are still buttered, or at least they used to be. I know they still taste the same…thankfully!!! Onion rings are awesome in fried batter. French fries are awesome. And they have tremendous thick shakes. You have to try the orange creamsicle shake. My favorite! You will not be disappointed!!! I almost hate to see them get even busier if anyone reads this, but I guess it’s just assurance they will hopefully be around for another 50! At least the rest of my lifetime. I have my own pet name for their burgers…Harmy burgers!
