Tonight Friday 8-25-23 horrible horrible service. The waitress by the name of penny looked angry, slamming bottles down, grabbing the card aggressively and the check. Looked angry like she hated us and her job. constantly rolling her us and purposely ignoring us. Made the time horrible not to mention taking 15-20mins to even take our FIRST beer oder of JUST 2 then when we asked for the check she comes and just tells us the price instead of giving us the receipt. Tabitha is awesome please have her instead of this horrible terrible attitude and service that PENNY gave us.

The first thing I noticed when we walked in everything smelled very clean. The portions are huge! My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken and was not impressed, almost over done and the seasoning was really not good. On the other hand I ordered the burger and it was wonderful! On the downhill side our server was not the best we were the only ones in there and she kept disappearing for long periods of time whether we would go back or not it’s still debatable.

The Outsiders Bike – Family met up here for one of our bike nights. There were 18 of us, and we could have used a little more help putting some tables together to seat our group. Poor customer service at the bar, but our waitress was the bomb digity, and the food was excellent!

This place was PHENOMENAL! It was just my husband and I after we thought we’d have a party of ten. The others weren’t ready to eat so we moved to the bar. The hostess was so understanding about us not needing the tables she had just put together.

This place is very fun! Nice choices of food and done well. Love the specialty drink menu. It was karaoke night. Lots of families were there and some good singers. Definitely a very fun night out!

We were a bit nervous to go here because of some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic, and the service was good. After our server noticed that I seemed to have a dietary restriction she asked the manager/cook to come over and make sure that I was able to get the food I wanted. Definitely made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable.

I’ve seen several positive reviews about this company so I decided to take my dad who had just came in from Chicago. The food was terrible to say the least. I ordered nachos which was just a plate of chips smothered in some sort of slop(they were not eaten). Also had the chicken fried chicken with green beans and Mac and cheese. I will say this, they CFC was pretty good but the other items were terrible. MAC was mushy and had no flavor. Green beans tasted like they were prepared on a dirty grill and had a rubber texture. We left at least 50 percent of our food on the plate. $85 down the drain. Not to mention the server wasn’t very attentive and seemed annoyed that we were there. (Photo is of my plate alone to show how much was actually eaten, I was starving so you know the food was bad).

First timer here, only because we thought we try something new. NEVER AGAIN!!! If you’re looking for a place where one of the servers is there making out with someone….then this is the place for you! We waited an hour and a half for our food….waitress seemed scared to even come to our table to ask for anything. Barely set our plates down before trying to run off. Two hours at this place, $120 later, and food wasn’t even all that. Maybe the Mac n cheese if I had to choose. Don’t ever plan on returning to this place!!! And if I could give it a negative star I DEFINITELY would give it. Horrible and very unnecessary experience. And i forgot to mention, it was a monday night and not even packed….PORTLAND TX LOCATION!!!!!
