We ate here last night. The open-air vibe was neat. It was very windy, but it was nice since it is 100+ outside and no inside air conditioning of any kind. We had the chips and salsa. The salsa had more of a tomato/ketchup taste? Chips seemed fresh and maybe even cooked in-house. We also had these empanadas that had sort of an ettoufee inside them and they were good. We also had the wedge salad (chopped), and it was good also. Then we ordered the Italian pizza. On the menu, it says it has olives, ham, salami, and of course cheese. It didn’t specifically say green olives, so just a heads up. The crust is amazing, and I feel if we had known the type and quantity of green olives, we could have asked to leave them off. We love olives, but just the quantity of green olives made the pizza so salty we just ate one piece each.

Servers were amazing! Food was excellent and you couldn’t beat the prices for great food! We absolutely enjoyed our experience here! Derrick was great. Helped our son pour his drink into his to go cup. Very patient with us having 4 kiddos.

Brought my family of 6 here on our vacation. We loved the local feel of the restaurant. The staff was friendly. The food was really good. This was my family’s favorite place we ate. A couple of people had fish options and loved them. My daughter had chicken nuggets and wanted to go back for the next night too. I had the nachos and they were great.

Love this place!! We had the best service, our waiter was so attentive and the manager working was super friendly! We felt so welcome. The Bloody Mary was delicious and the fried pickles were my favorite. We also tried the catfish bites and the blackened fish tacos, they both came with plenty of French fries on the side and everything tasted amazing. Great vibes here, we will definitely be back!

We had 3 adults and 4 children (14-1). They were amazing, helpful, accommodating, and although they were busy (expect wait times for food) the food was made perfect, drinks were so good (shout out to Julia our waitress) and the band sang Happy Birthday to our daughter. Definitely recommend and will go back next time!

Brought our “pooch” … waiter brought him ice water without us having to ask.. very nice touch! LSU Fans through & through. Baseball game was on… wife said Fried Pickles are the best she’s had EVER, blackened burger was good. Daughter got Nachos.. said the chips were a bit on the not-so-fresh side. Me and Grandson got the fried shrimp… tasty but wish the portions were larger.

Good food, a bit pricey but… great for what it is. Waiter brought our dog (took the initiative, we didn’t have to ask) a bowl of ICE water. Serving size lacking for the coleslaw. 🙁 Nachos were HUGE.

First, I was shocked to see all the good reviews about this place considering the terrible experience I had here just last night. The wait staff and kitchen had a lack of communication though, as we received someone else’s food TWICE who ordered way after we did before receiving our correct order… I ordered the mango habanero wings and was not impressed at all (I only ate 2 out of 8 wings). Then, I wake up at 2am vomiting my guts up, been up since then by the way, and I’m still suffering from the food poisoning I got from this place. Going on 12 HOURS of vomiting, dry heaving, and constant irregular bowel movements. That’s all I’m going to say about it because I don’t want to gross people out more than I already have. I just want others to be aware of what’s going on here so they don’t suffer the same way I did. I definitely won’t be going back to Hardheads again.
