My wife and I got great service and food from the employees at the counter, but just as we were about to finish our meal, a crew leader or manager started loudly cursing and verbally abusing the staff. It was bad enough that all the patrons in the dining area got up and left. Hopefully this review will reach someone with authority to take appropriate action.

How in the hell can they effectively operate the Hardee’s in South Sioux City with no ice???? Why are your doors even unlocked? Plus…the ditz upfront doesn’t care enough to inform me of this before I order a combo meal. Maybe the fact that it was 85° inside the restaurant..maybe that melted all the ice inside the machines.

Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 Frisco burgers. When I got the order I checked it over and there wasn’t tomatoe on it and it just all in all looked very poor. The lady at the window said we don’t have tomatoes I replied why didn’t you explain that to me when I was ordering my meal. She replied that’s the kitchen not us.. ok so can I talk to a manager she ignored my request and asked my if it’s supposed to look like a Big Mac or something? Never will you get another dime from me. The food was disgusting.
