I stopped for breakfast before work today because I was running early. I was the only person in line so they took my order and my money pretty quickly but then I waited 10 minutes and nobody came back so I had to leave without getting my food. It was such a nice start to my day to pay $10 for only a Dr pepper.

Hardee’s changed their burger menu, burger sizes, and got rid of onion rings. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered had no flavor at all. The fries were soggy. They changed the fry containers so you get less fries. It cost me $22 for two burgers and a large fry that was not even delicious in the slightest. Very disappointed with the Hardee’s changes.

Went to Hardee’s for breakfast. Cone in Drive thru again, so no service there. Inside 8 people were waiting for their orders. My sausage breakfast platter came up. CJ tried to hand it to me with no bag or utensils. Went out to the truck, no hashbrowns on platter. Went back inside to show them. Then went back out to put sausage in the biscuit. It was soo flat. They couldn’t open it so they threw it in. Went inside to complain again. Love’s managers took care of me. Left to head home. Assembled my biscuit and only had 1 egg portion instead of 2. What a mess! I know businesses are short handed but if you don’t train them how are they or you ever going to be successful. Worked for Hardee’s for 16 years in the 80’s and 90’s. Unfortunately, I realize just how wonderful my managers and crew were to help me achieve my goals. Thank You

Burger was cold and they closed at 11pm. I came at 9. Too much sauce to where the burger was falling apart. Service wasn’t great either. What makes their burgers so special?? It tastes the same as any ither burger? It was my first time at a Hardee’s and now I don’t think I’ll be back. Was really looking forward to it. Oh and soda machine was down, but that can happen to anyone I guess.

Hate leaving bad reviews but let’s just say the food was cold, falling apart, old and not very tasteful. My 5 year old nephew could make better food and to top it off we were the only ones in line no one else came in and it was at 9pm, sign says 11pm and food is cold? Cmon now. Stop being lazy and provide better service. As a truck driver it’s disappointing, I don’t eat out often but when I do I like to eat something decent. I’ll pass on through this location from here on out.

Stopped on my way home from work. Sat at the drive through and no one ever came. Drove to the window and was greeted by a gentleman that said they were busy. Funny thing was no one was there as I asked inside what time they closed and was told they were open. He told me to pull forward where I waited 15 mi to get tje worst food ever. First off he had an attitude when I told him one burger for so my dog. Yes ny dog my money so what did it matter. Worse food and service I ever received and yes I am a fast food manager.

Came in from the lake around 1030pm5/28/23. Waited 25mins for our food. My daughter didn’t get her milk with kids meal so we sent her back in to get it as we had other friends inside. The lier behind the counter told my daughter that she don’t get one because of the extra drink we had gotten! We only got 1 drink with our 10 strip meal so my wife went back in with our daughter to get. The guy behind the counter sat there and said, “what about the cup you STOLE!!!!! He said, “The cup you reached over the counter and STOLE” infront of our 8 year old daughter! My wife told him, “she wanted to see the cameras RIGHT NOW of this action going down”. He said, “I’m not going to argue with you about it” and gave her the milk.

We came right in the middle of lunchtime and I was expecting a long wait. Boy was I wrong! Service was fast and both the cashier and manager were friendly and attentive. Our order was fast, hot and right! Thank you so much for such a great experience. Would definitely recommend and we most definitely will be coming back.
