I don’t want to be too harsh, but it just wasn’t good. The chicken biscuit might have been good if it was hot, but like the breakfast tots it was also cold. The biscuit and gravy was warm, but it didn’t taste good. A big part of the problem is I got there at 7am, and got my order immediately, so it’s likely they cooked the food before opening at prep, and then it just sat for 90 minutes getting cold until I ordered it. We won’t be back. 🙁

I had a great experience when I ate here last week. Hadn’t eaten at Hardee’s in a while because there aren’t many locations left. The food was really fresh and good. The employees were very nice and friendly. It didn’t take long for my food. They have some great prices and specials. I will definitely be returning soon. I also recommend coming to this location. So happy that I decided on lunch at Hardee’s that day.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. First off they didn’t even respond at the drive thru when I pulled up I was waiting for over 5+ minutes still no one answered so I pulled around to place my order and then when it was my turn at the window to employee completely DISAPPEARED and didn’t come back up to the drive thru window when I know they saw me pull around and get in line. Honestly I don’t ever leave reviews and I understand the fast food business can get tiring at times but not once have I ever had service this bad. Shame on you Hardee’s

If you plan to get the food you ordered go into the restaurant. Never once has my delivery been right. They refuse refunds, they would correct their mistake. If I order delivery the last thing I want to do is drive to the restaurant. Food is way too expensive with added fees to play this game. Avoid the Hardee’s on Parker if you can.

This location should close down or at least have the countless potholes filled. It’s been a few months since I ordered here, but it was my last. I went through the drive-thru, around 7pm, upon ordering I mentioned I had a coupon. I asked for the sandwich without ketchup. When I got to the window, I asked again to make sure they don’t put ketchup on it. When I got the sandwich, there was ketchup on it. The only reason I didn’t go back to point out their ignorant mistake was because I didn’t want to deal with those employees any further. The person at the window had such an ‘I don’t care’ demeanor & attitude. I looked at his name tag & couldn’t believe what I saw. He was the MANAGER! Never patronize this location! The next time I want Hardee’s, I will GLADLY drive out of my way to another location, like the one on Metcalf! Those employees are pleasant & have never once gotten my order wrong!

Can’t say anything about the food because we didn’t get to order. We sat at the drive-thru for someone to take our order, which no one ever answered. We pulled up to the window, the guy looked at us & walked off. Worst service ever!!!! Wish I had corporate numbers or owners number

Just hit the drive thru to grab some chicken tenders to add to my super bowl menu….sooo glad I did. First of all THANK YOU AGAIN MR. MARTIN!! He was so very kind and sweet, I enjoyed our chat while my order was prepared. I ordered a fifteen piece with a lot of honey mustard and he was very accommodating. My order was fresh, hot and freaking delicious!! My family is very happy. We will for sure be back soon.

Was going through the drive thru and right off got attitude from the guy that was taking my order, ordered my meal and then got more attitude at that point I decided to cancel my order…. Need to get a handle on these young kids, or the manager needs to have better training for them, I’ll be back, I’ll give it one more try, we’ll see what happens

They turned off the Wi-Fi and won’t let me get on the Wi-Fi so I can download the app and sign up for my rewards and get my free sandwich their promotion they have on their door when I said something about the Wi-Fi the lady said it’s not on my doors or Windows I went outside took a picture because when I find out the sign she said it was for cameras let people know you’re being recorded I showed her the picture I said no it’s your hours of operation and right there wi-fi symbol. now I can’t order anything because I have no Wi-Fi to download the app to get my free food. The lady up front has a manager uniform on is very rude and judgmental and discriminating

Racist. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me to serve me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was just as racist like surprised I asked to be treated like a human. It’s a shame cause I missed this place for over 20 years once I moved to Texas. I watched how when a white woman walked they acknowledged and served her without an issue. Lord please make these racists go away.
