I always enjoy getting burgers from Hardee’s because they taste the closest to homemade hamburgers that you can get from any similar restaurant that I’ve eaten at. The only complaint that I have are the prices. They frequently change. I wish I could say they go lower, but I can’t.

The attendant that took my order was not friendly at all. As soon as I pulled up he was very short in his responses. I waited at the window about 2 mins before he came over he opened and only said the amount due and nothing else. Then he went back to preparing the food. Once, he was done he handed me my food out the window without saying or even looking at me, and then closed the window. Very poor customer service for so so food.

Seating lobby closes at 1pm. Takes 5 minutes or more for anyone to acknowledge your there at the drive through. Only to greet you with Yeah what do you want. Order a sandwich. Thinking about a shake. No other response just total $5.07. Pull up to window. Woman at window looks like she really doesn’t care about anything..takes my money says nothing. Hands my a bag. Tell her thank you and she slams the window closed and turns and walks away. Needless to say I think that’s the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. Will not likely be going back.

I don’t know who’s working drive-through tonight but she is very rude. There was no one in the restaurant, 1 person in drive-through but she was too busy to take my order? Lady needs a better attitude working with costumers.

This has to be one of the worst fast food restaurant’s I’ve ever went to. They never get my order right. They hand out coke that is clear because there is no coke left in the machine and something is always missing from my order and I have to tell them. It’s getting old. I don’t know how they can have so much business when they are this bad.

Extremely slow service. Three separate employees saw us standing at the counter waiting to place our order. No one acknowledged us. The woman who finally ambled over never greeted us, simply waited for us to speak. There was never a “thank you”, “have a nice day”, or anything else friendly out of her mouth. Extremely unprofessional.

This was the only fast food drive thru for miles. Next time I will wait and move on. The food was cold and we waited twenty two minutes for our food that we went in and ordered. I will never go there again.

Went through drive thru ordered curly fries. Got them and they were cold. I informed him and he said ok. He said they would make a fresh baych. It wasn’t long and he came to the window and said they would be right out. A girl came to the window with 2 in a bag and I said I only ordered the 1. She took 1 out and gave it to me. I reached in immediately to see if it was hot and again they are cold. Since someone was behind me I parked and went in. I asked if this was the same ones and the girl rudely said NO. I then proceeded to tell her they could not have just come out of the fryer. She turned around and ignored me. I said I want my money back! Plus told them I ordered curly fries not regular ones.there was so many reg fries in it that it took up at least 1/2 the order. She said they mix. I said I should get what I ordered. Never going back!

The Hot Ham & Cheese was NOT Hot but barely warm. My dad’s Big Chicken sandwich was HUGE and looked delicious and a little messy which is a compliment. My mom’s roast beef (the reason we chose Hardees Today) was kinda small but perfect for her. Fries were fine. They were busy…lunchtime. I’m sure they will be back especially because of the roast beef. Next time I will get the chicken. Too bad there’s no ice cream for desert.

We were given a Summer Nights Hardee’s Flyer good at participating Hardee’s through September 4. Rather than accepting the promotional, they haggled with us for 5 minutes AND shorted us a small soda! Hardee’s, don’t put out a flyer in Missouri and not have all your stores participate and Hardee’s in Herman MO learn how to treat your customers right!
