We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes just for service. Sweet tea tasted like dish soap. Soda was ok. We waited for our food for a good 30 minutes. Lobby was empty when we got there. Someone who was doing door dash showed up about 10 minutes after us and is currently still there waiting for his food.

Our kids used to love this location but lately the service has really gone downhill. Tonight we ordered in the app on our way to the restaurant, got to the restaurant and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes without anyone coming to help us. Two people were working. They looked at us several times but wouldn’t come to the counter. There was only one other order the entire time we waited. If we could have cancelled the order we would have and gone to another restaurant. Unfortunately, we had already paid.

This place saved my entire trip! We don’t have a Hardee’s near us so finding one near our stay made us pretty happy. We placed our order online and I went to pick it up. It was obvious this place was busy so I expected a short wait. To my surprise my order was ready to be picked up as soon as I arrived. Everyone was in a positive mood and very helpful despite being so busy. The food was as good as we expected. I had the monster biscuit and it was everything I remembered. So so so good. Wife had the breakfast platter and was very happy with everything in it. Bright spot on our trip. So a big thank you to the manager this morning! Happy to see a business holding itself to high standards.

The burger was not what I ordered and the meat was hard and dry. When I asked for a refund the night manager was rude and made personal attacks. He refused to give the mangers name and continued to make personal attacks and refused a refund. The worst food and service I have ever encountered. Never going back.

Placed my order at the drive thru a couple minutes before 3. There was only 2 vehicles in front of me. Finally got to the window at 3:33. The french fries were not cooked long enough. They were soggy and cold. My burger was luke warm with unmelted cheese. By far this was the worst food and longest wait I have ever had from a Hardee’s.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 1 car ahead of us. Food was still not ready when we got to the window. Employees were just standing there chatting instead of doing anything. Then claimed they were “cooking” when they clearly were not. They proceeded to agrue with us about the wait time instead of cooking. It should never take that long especially when you’re not even busy! Definitely do not reccomend the Carthage, MO location! If I could put zero stars I would.

We have eaten at Hardee’s in Carthage, Mo. many time’s and tge food was good. But today 7-10-23 our food wasn’t good the Chicken Sandwich I got tasted old and tuff, maybe reheated or from yesterday and the Onio Rings were hard as a rock. The Chicken Strips were ok. I ask for 6 honey mustard and they gave me 3. I had to wait maybe 15 to 20 mins for my food and when the kid brought it out I ask him if they put 6 Honey Mustard Sauce in and he said 3 and he went back to give me 3 more. When I got home there were only 3 Honey Mustard Sauces. If I wouldn’t have said anything there wouldn’t have been any. Need new management or older worker’s there.

Ordered a chocolate shake, got chocolate milk. Asked them to make it thicker still got just chocolate milk. I thought they were supposed to have chocolate ice cream, strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream. Nope just vanilla that they added chocolate syrup to. Super disappointed
