This is our last location in town. The breakfast is amazing, better than the arched competitor and slightly cheaper. PLUS – still has big breakfast platter with biscuits and gravy! It’s a win-win!

Finally cured addiction to their biscuits. Closed all the stores in joplin. Got tired of driving across town for the food to be wrong almost every time. The prices have went up way too high. They don’t seem to have enough employees the wait in the drive thru is a minimum 10 minutes.

I ordered thru drive thru. The gentleman that took my order was polite and patient, he made sure to repeat my order and followed thru with my special request. When I arrived at the window it was the same gentleman. Once again. Polite and courteous. He made sure my order was correct and it was fresh . He offerec additional items and took the time to explain to me a out their longer hours open , both Libby and drive thru . I appreciate his politeness and feeling that he cared and his team as well . Very great communication and a great feeling that he and his team were glad to serve me. That they were happy to see me . I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know . Great food fast service and wonderful experience,because this manager cared and his team as well . Great job to him and his team. I’ll be by more often to have it pick up dinner . Thank you .

The store was dirty and the floor was sticky. Plus we had to look to find a table that was mostly clean. I always liked Hardee’s but I probably won’t be back. Well at least not to this one.

Went thru the drive thru..one guy working..manager?? Looked like.orderedburgers,fries….waited ,got my order..about 10$ worth.the buns were rock fn hard from over microwaving..couldn’t even bite thru the pos!….the fries?? You guessed it.old,cold and disgusting!? Got home, called back to Hardee’s to complain..he wouldn’t answer…your fired and Hardee’s…you suck,rip offs!! Can’t manage a 10$ order! Close the door,go home,your fired.

The biscuits are always doughy ask for dark biscuits every time I go now and they are still doughy. Been eating breakfast hear for 40years but doughy biscuits are a waste of money
