Waited forever, pulled ahead. They didn’t give my shake & tried to give soda instead (without asking) then we got our food after around 20 minutes of pulling up for them…and no chicken sandwich. Kids were done sitting there in this heat (with ac in truck) my kids meals were horrible looking, rushed looking. We were the only ones there when we pulled up…smh. Seemed like a new guy was being trained & he was pleasantly nice & acknowledged my daughter waving.

The building is in disrepair, leaking from the ceiling in multiple places, unkempt bathrooms and no open sign. The hostess/cashier was very friendly and helpful while the manager was sitting down eating and seemed snappy abrupt in her response that the open sign is not on because they want people to know they’re open 24/7. We honestly thought the restaurant was closed down until we physically checked the door. The food was fresh, and tasted great. Downloaded the app for a free sandwich as advertised, but it didn’t work. The manager said it’s because I have to be so far away from the restaurant for it to work to prevent employees from taking advantage of the offer. We’ll never return to this location

Worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. Employees are extremely rude. Paid way to much money for a bacon egg and cheese meal and didn’t even get egg or cheese on my biscuit will never have my business again.

Speaker was messes up 1st of all and had to yell. Waited inline over 30 min. Got the food and the order was messed up and cold. Took it back to the window and told them the order was cold, she put fresh fries in and still the same cold burger. Needless to say the dogs had a good dinner. Horrible experience!

All of my food was messed up I don’t usually post reviews I ordered two kids meal hamburgers both of them were cheeseburgers I also ordered a number one it had no cheese SO much mayo and way to much lettuce. Our food was ice cold and our fries were soggy.

Drive thru speaker didn’t work so we had to go to the window to order, there wasn’t a sign posted to instruct us to do so but the lady waiting on us was very friendly and helpful even brought our food out to us. We had burgers and they were delicious
