I spent $4.09 for a burger that was barely luke warm the cheese wasn’t even melted a little bit. I tired of spending my money at fast-food restaurants that don’t care about food quality. I would’ve giving 1 star but at least the curly fries were hot and fresh although I wanted regular fires which they didn’t have. Why not take it back and have them fix your order? I’m glad you asked. I would’ve turned around and went back, but as a truck driver I had to continue on to finish my route for the day.

Terrible portion and cold curley fries. Don’t know what happened here. I’ve never seen a Big Roast Beef this small. I had one just the other day in Menomonie, WI at the Love’s. It was 3x the roast beef this one contained.

We did drive through, and the staff was friendly enough. I ordered the Classic, and asked for their sauce on it. Neither of my sandwiches had the sauce, and they did not include the packets along side either.

Should have read reviews first. Paid for basically a tortilla with a light sprinkling of eggs and meat. Got my food so fast I was already thrown a bag before I left the register, not exactly freshly made.

Nicely updated Hardee’s with nice people working behind the counter. The fries were hot and delicious. The sweet tea was perfect.

Drive thru attendant didn’t speak had to drive up to the window and waited 10 mins before someone came to the window. Didn’t greet me only opened the window. I said I’d like to get ice cream for my kids and all she said was we’re out of ice cream and closed the window.

Waited and waited at the counter for service. I watched order after order going out thru drive, again while I stood there, waiting. Employees standing around with a “not my job” look. Ordered a regular fry and there were about 25 fries in the box. The burger was smooshed.

I’m only giving it such less stars because I ordered food and the cook messed up and I heard her say “I put American on both O WELL” because I ordered American on one and Swiss on the other. I heard that and said no it’s not ok. As well as the cashier he told her as well and told her remake it. I’m just upset her words were o well. Disappointing
