I haven’t been to or even seen a Hardies in a very long time! It looks very clean, and the whole place was empty. As you walk to the counter, though, your shoes start sticking to the floor… aside from that, the counters, tables, and bathroom were very clean. The service was very good, and food was made exactly as ordered. The meals were hot and fast! The staff was very friendly. There was one single person who entered the place as we were ordering.

Both of these hamburger sandwiches where a total MESS‼️ WE USED MORE NAPKINS THAN ANY PLACE WE’VE EVER BEEN TO‼️‼️ Way too much sauce‼️‼️‼️ Hamburger patties kept slipping out just trying to hold on to it so we could take a bite. Cashier was very nice , what we did manage to get into our mouths tasted ok. But we just couldn’t enjoy it because the sauce over powered the rest of the ingredients in it and the lettuce was frozen on both sandwiches as well. The table wasn’t wiped down either. Still had food on it from the last meal ate there. Not happy ❗

I ordered the loaded omelette biscuit. And when I was handed the bag it almost felt like nothing was in there. I looked at the sandwich while the guy ran my card for payment and this is the worst sandwich I’ve received from here by far!! RARELY do I go here. There had to have been maybe 3 little pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of sausage inside this thin piece of egg. I almost handed the sandwich back to them because I felt beyond insulted!!! Instead I threw it away as soon as I got home. I won’t be going back here again that’s for sure!!!

I got a Double loaded omelet biscuit and was sorely disappointed. When I took it back in (I had gone thru drive- thru) and asked why there wasn’t hardly any thing on the biscuit, I was told that’s how it is. So, I guess a double loaded omelet biscuit has 3 pieces of ham, a couple of crumbles of sausage, a piece of cheese, a casual run of bacon that doesn’t stay in the sandwich, and an egg.
