Uniquely Different
So they up the price on the (haven’t been in a while)okay everything is going up so not a problem but look how much meat was given for each taco(can’t even see the meat in the hard shell) if it weren’t for the fact my residence isn’t close to this Hardee’s (which should have been passed by) they would have had to take this B. Stopped by for a quick breakfast. Inside floors were extremely slippery even while wearing gym shoes with grips. Ladies’ room was closed.. and my companion said the men’s room was disgusting. Someone tossed an air freshener in there to cover the urine smell, but it didn’t.

We stop in here twice a month and usually the food is decent. But when even fast food turns into a joke, it’s hard to justify spending over $35 for a couple of burger meals and nachos. And when you’re advertising a new thing of the markee, it would be nice to get to try it. No chicken, no (new!) Philly cheese burger or burrito. ‘I just got here, I was just told we don’t have it.’ Half your menu? Seriously.

The store could have been cleaner. The floor was sticky in the bath room. The server waiting on me his hair was hanging in his face, another employee was sitting in lobby looking like she was half sleep. The employees behind the counter didn’t appear to have any urgency to service customers kinda ho hum

This is mold on my burger and they still sold it. I told them no cheese and tomatoes on both my burgers and still they gave me what they wanted. Called them and the child manager hung up on me and wouldn’t give me her name or corporate phone #….

This particular Hardee’s WAS good especially there Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches,but has since changed maybe because change of managers and help there H/C is on a Special right now the sandwich is much smaller less ham and don’t taste the same !

I will never eat at this location again, even though it’s closest to my house. The last time I went here, the lady taking orders told me she couldn’t take my order right now. So I was like, OK, I’ll wait. Then she came back and told me I couldn’t stay in her line. I wanted to know why not? Because it will make her numbers bad. But I stayed. She got mad and came back on and cussed me out. After some others cars backed up behind me and one got tired of waiting and left (This was over 10 minutes of me waiting for her to take my order), she *finally* said she could take my order. But somehow she was out of everything I tried to order. Out of burgers, out of chicken, out of fries. I left and went to the one across the river in Collinsville. They are much nicer.
