Leaving to go home from a long trip over the weekend. We Pulled up around 7:45 PM July 23, we was very polite but the lady on the intercom was very rude! We asked for her to hold on to gather all the orders correctly. It took maybe a min. We asked if she was ready a few times before she rudely replied I was waiting on you! So go ahead with your order! It was very hasty! We ordered the first meal- The Big Hardee meal sauce and cheese only! She out hasted herself with her voice kinda aggressively saying you mean no lettuce! Next order! I told my wife to just pull off in the fear this woman might tamper with her food cause she seemed disgruntled! BURGER KING was across the street and took our order with a very pleasurable greeting!

On Friday May 19th, between 7am -8:30am, the female drive thru staff was very rude, short with customer along with not listening to the customer thoroughly. Thankful, there was a gentle they was assisting that morning which made it a successful order. You cater to everyone not only the Missouri area but others that’s passing through especially in the central location the store is located. Hopefully that staff is much better days because that day she was truly suffering from being hurt.

Absolutely disgusting. There was literally puddles of mayonnaise that were oozing out the sides of both my burger and chicken sandwich. There was so much it looked like they took a spatula, scooped an ice cream sized scoop of mayonnaise and put the bun on top. It honestly looked like they had done it on purpose- there is no way that much mayonnaise is ever okay. Horrible and will never order from a Hardee’s again- fries were cold, just can’t imagine anyone eating this food.

I ordered a loaded omlette biscuit but received a sausage biscuit. The egg was so tiny it didn’t even cover biscuit and there was maybe 3 pieces of sausage that were tiny. I pd $4.84 for that. Im pretty upset. Wont ever go back there again.

Been coming to this Hardee’s for years and have never had a bad experience, the food is always great and it has the fastest drive through that I’ve ever been to, other fast food restaurants could maybe learn something from this place. I never knew that their burgers were flame broiled which I love and their Famous Star burger is the best. I love a burger with everything on it an like that I can take a bite when I open my mouth. Some burgers are so tall that you have to nibble around the top and the bottom and not really get a full bite.

Visited this location around 9:18p on a Monday. The only customer, I ordered right away, but the lady( ordertaker) was super rude, just nasty attitude, rushing me, because they have to drop everything. Something told me to drive off because the energy was too negative. The food didn’t taste good, Cinnabon undone, one of burgers a little pink. Mind you the store close at 10, then serve me until 10. Will not go to location ever again.

Worse service ever! Went through drive thru and notice that the girl taking my order was very rude befor I got to the window, hen I got to the window I asked for a cup of ice and she said why didn’t I ask for it when I ordered. Then while pulling out of drive thru I couldn’t pull out all the way because someone didn’t pull up far enough, I bumped my horn and they were moving but she came out and yelled at the car in front of me “move it the way you’re holding up the line”
