First of all they charged me $19 for one burger meal! The burger tasted like it was over a day old and my fiancé couldn’t even finish it. It doesn’t even taste like beef! Nothing was hot. The fries were wilted and soggy, and they even made me wait for 8 minutes to even get the food like they were making it fresh but none of it was fresh. The sweet teas tasted moldy, so when they brought me the food I told them and they got me another drink. And that one tasted bad as well. I’m never going to this hardees again. This isn’t the first time they have greatly disappointed me and damn near made me sick. The prices have sky rocketed and the quality has severely gone down hill. 1/10 would not recommend. Edit: I went to get my money back and the manager told me I had to talk to the GM and refused to give me my money back even though she over charged me $9 for the worst meal of my life. I went the next day to talk to the GM and since I didn’t have the fries because I didn’t feel like picking them out of the trash individually she only gave me a return on the burger itself, not the $3.49 extra they charged me for a patty I didn’t want or receive. And she took my receipt so I couldn’t complain to corporate about this. Im very upset with the entire interaction and I will never be coming to this Hardee’s again.

They took my order at the drive-thru by the time I got to the window they didn’t have two of the things I ordered. When I did get my food it was cold and felt like it was under a warmer for a few hours it was dried out and hard.
