They promise a receipt. I asked for one and they told me I can’t have it. I asked why not and they told me they don’t give out receipts. I asked if there was a manager or person in charge to talk to. The guy at the window claimed there is no such person. While leaving one of the other people who work there almost hit my car when he drove away at high speed. They only hire people who should not be working with the public. I won’t be back.

I have visited this location in the past numerous times. I always expect to wait a little while, which is fine for me. Today, the Window Attendant Holly was very nice and quick on her feet. To the women in the kitchen, keep up the great work my Chicken Quesadilla was amazing. I’m giving this location a 5 star today bc of my great experience today.

Service here has always been mediocre. But today they attempted to charge me for the wrong item and then offered no solution when I said the sign says $3.00. Still tried to charge me $4.79 instead. When I asked to change my order I was then told I would have to wait eight minutes for biscuits because they ran out. They still serve breakfast for 45 minutes….

The person responsible for drive through also had to take care of front counter which made for longer than necessary wait times, and instead of opening a cash drawer @the front counter the attendant had to go all the way to the drive thru register. The staff did get my order correct though so that a plus.

Went through the drive thru at around 4pm today (July 2 2022). The woman working that day was completely incompetent to my order. Specifically asked for taco sauce and was not given any. If she’s unable to work at a Hardee’s successfully, when I was the only car there, you have to wonder what she can actually do in life. Terrible, unprofessional service. Good luck, ma’am.
