Food was good service extremely poor. While waiting on my food, man from drive-through came in with wrong food. They took it from him and gave to the lady at the window in the drive-through and gave him, his correct order. You can not give a customer food that has already been handled by another customer. That was messed up.

I ordered the frisco meal with a medium sweet tea and monster burger meal on sourdough bread. I bit into my sandwich(frisco) the meat patty tasted like spoiled meat. My son ate about 1/4 of his monster burger and pulled a piece of hair out between the 2 meat Pattie’s. Needless to say we both threw our food away and will Never recommend eating at the establishment. I definitely did not get what I paid for. It cost me 27.92 for a medium meal and a small meal that we did not even really eat. We went to McDonald’s and paid way less and the food was better quality

Food was hot when it was served to us at our table. I ordered the 1/3bacon cheeseburger with fries and drink. The wife ordered a beef taco salad combo that included chips, salsa, and drink. Salsa cup (maybe tablespoon each) was still frozen. The bit that wasn’t frozen had a good amount of heat. We were treated with a smile and hello. Wish Hardee’s was closer to home
