Waited 5 minutes at the speaker just to order & there was only 1 person in the drive-thru in front of us. Ordered our meal & then waited an additional 15 minutes for our food. The first window attendant gave us 1 drink (should have had 2) and it was a small, not a medium like we asked for. Had to ask the 2nd attendant for the correct drinks. She not only scoffed, but then was rude the rest of the time. We asked for a missing item from our order while she corrected our drinks & then thrust the last bag out the window at us. She didn’t give us a chance to ask for straws or sauces. Then we get home to find a chicken Quesadilla looking like 1 chicken and cheese soft taco with a second empty tortilla shell. This Hardee’s is a disappointment and we will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Just terrible. They should close already. If you like Hardee’s just go to Caseyville location. Today is 5/19/23 6:45pm and My burger was WAY past the waste time. It was dry and hard. My cheese was cold and it never melted. Not only that but the drive through girl was rude. I tried this location for the last time. It’s been about a year…. different workers same hard, dry, cold food.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid the last 3 or so times it’s been very disappointing this place is always dead but takes forever to get your food done and it’s always wrong we just ordered chicken soft tacos no lettuce so literally chicken and cheese they were ice cold after taking them back we were giving totally different food then what we ordered how is it so difficult to make something so simple ? If you’re charging such high prices the food better reflect it will not be returning to this location

Ate here this morning, food was fresh & good!! I wanna give NICOLE (lady at window) recognition. Very sweet lady. I went right when they opened & it seemed as if she was working by herself today. Takes a strong person to open up and handle a morning shift by herself(coming from somebody who worked in fast food and had to do the same) you keep up the good wk!!

I went through here 3 weeks ago and I think the young lady who was working needs some recognition. It looked like she was working by herself and she was doing better than a staff of 4 at another restaurant I recently went to. She had a few people pull up, but the wait time was definitely reasonable. She should definitely receive some bonus for running it better than most with more staff available. The food was also fresh and made well.

big hardee was cold slop not completely cooked. at least the french fries were hot that you double charged me for I only ordered one, you didn’t give total at the order window so I didn’t know until i was told to pull around and wait again. tried to talk to lady who brought food to tell them they need to give totals first and she walked away. not worth $$
