I just came away from this particular Hardee’s empty handed. 5:30 PM and no one at the counter taking orders. I stood there five minutes and saw one teenager working in the back, who ignored me. Do these places have managers, employees? If this is the best they can do, they should shut down.

Go here EVERY weekend for biscuits and gravy with EXTRA gravy. This is what I paid for. 2. 1/2 filled gravies that equaled to 1. We get EXTRA to be moist enough for our physically challenged young adult son. Ridiculous Hardees!!

Just came to this location today. Fries were cold, and the service was so-so. Not to mention the fact that my girlfriend’s ” onion rings ” tasted undercooked, and really were TERRIBLE….. On top of that, the one older employee was smoking right next to the entrance, which is a clear violation of health safety codes. No wonder that there was very little business. I definitely will not return.

If I could give a 0 I would. The manager on site for this night is a horrible human being. He lacks personal and customer service skills. I ordered 2 pies but the girl forgot to give them to me. As we were eating and talking, I realized she didn’t give them to me. So when I asked him about them, he abruptly accused me of lying because he hadnt sold anymore pies since we came in and it was 30 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous.
