First if all i am giving 3 stars but i really mean to give one. I only did this because i know that companies can erase the one star comments and i for sure want customers to know about this place. The staff member that took my order was great. The manager that was working the window was awful. Screaming in the hand set that she could not understand the order. The floors were sticky like they had not been cleaned for days. The onion rings tasted like they were 2 days old. I had been to another restaurant attached to a gas station and the food was great. Will never again go back to this restaurant in dixon. They definitely need better management.

The whole experience was a total joke. 2 meals both of them were 3 PC tenders with med fry and med drink. Had to pull around and waut for 15 min before food was brought out. Then still had to go back in to even get sauce. Honestly I won’t be going back to this location. It has went down hill very quickly.

This is by far, the BEST Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. ALWAYS fresh food, never messes up my orders and they leave other Hardee’s locations in shame. Honestly,, come here. Best lunch and breakfast for fast food in Dixon.

We drove through town and went through drive thru. Breakfast sandwiches were served cold. Our frisco sandwiches weren’t even toasted. If we weren’t already on the ramp out of town I would have gone back but we were on a time crunch. Very frustrating when you don’t get what you pay for.

Food was way too expensive for what I received. Egg had no taste. This place has biscuits, but no butter to give out to customers? Person on register was not friendly or helpful, but a teammate of hers was. Perhaps she’s new? One can hope.

DON’T GET A DOUBLE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER! YOU MIGHT AS WELL EAT IT WITH A FORK AND KNIFE! NO WAY YOU CAN HOLD IT. ALSO GOT HALF OF MY LARGE FRY AND HALF OF MY SHAKE….WAS A BIT CONFUSED.
