Nice, new location. The staff in this location is always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We always have very good luck here with breakfast items such as the loaded omelette biscuit. Their tater tots and other dishes are always hot and fresh. The lobby always seems clean along with the bathrooms and the rest of the facility. The parking lot is easy to get into and this is now a 24-hour location which is awesome. It’s very close to Menards so we go here commonly for a treat when we are picking up materials for our projects.

Awful experience. Waited 25 minutes and no food brought out but they were making sure drive through customers got their orders. We gave up and went to the counter to pay for our drinks only and get the rest of our money back. They refused to give us back our money. We told them we wanted our money back. The man from the back started dropping the “F” bomb and aggressively throwing things. Ultimately we called the police who did get our money back for us.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a large curly fry, got 1 sandwich and a small straight fry after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Went inside to get my other sandwich and had to wait 10 more minutes just for 1 sandwich. Dude behind counter looked stoned, other girl didn’t know what was happening around her, and another lady was standing by the door not wanting to clock in and help.

Foods always good but everytime I go during the day none of my sauces make it into my bag. I ask for them at the box so they can be put onto my order (I’m ok with being charged for them) but when I get my order there’s no sauces regardless of if they’re on my ticket or not. The overnight staff are awesome though, they always get me my sauces and are much nicer than the day shift.
