Not only did it take 20 minutes and some change, to get our food, they also didn’t know proper food safety. The drive thru guy touched his face and head and didn’t even wash his hands or use gloves for the fries. It’s disgusting to see that, especially after working at a fast food place myself, so I know how to follow proper food safety guidelines. I also saw one of the guys in the back on the grills wipe his nose with his hand and didn’t go wash his hands. I am disappointed in what I saw. I really wish I could’ve left a better review than this, but I have to say the truth of what I saw.

I waited 14 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged. The person taking the order did his best but seemed new and worn out, food took 13 minutes. So walk in to eat = 27 minutes. Food was fine, $87 for 7 people

6/2023. The lobby was closed, so we used the drive-thru. We received our drinks and the young lady told us to have a good day. My husband had just asked how her day was going. Then we yelped, “Wait! We have food!” She went, retrieved the bag, came back shaking her head at the floor, and we could hear her say, “I forgot the food.” We laughed. The food was good. While the coffee was hot, it was awful. We honestly couldn’t tell if it had been brewed strong, cooked several hours, or both. My friend and I wanted to ask for better coffee, but my husband didn’t want to add any problems to the young lady’s day. He drove us across the street to Cubby’s to buy more coffee. The only other thing I would have appreciated was a knife for my jelly.

Went through the drive through, ordered two roast beef sandwiches. After opening them up at home, they were not eatable. They tasted like they had been left on the counter and rotted. Absolutely horrible, threw them in the garbage and went somewhere else.

The wait time took at least 10 mins to actually order my food. He could not get it right. I repeated myself for the. 3rd time. #8 sm. D Dr.pepper curly fries. Easy enough. Get to Window and at least 6-7 mins. The guy was unapologetic for the weight or nothing. No smile. Very very bad communication. Get my food. Get going down the road and can you believe it. I got regular fries and NOT CURLY. And for the Frisco burger It was not hot and the sour dough bread soft. Not even like toasted. Are you freaking kidding me. If I didn’t have to be somewhere I would turn around. I will never go to that Hardee’s on 12th Street ever ever again. Worse service ever.

Best hot ham and cheese in town. The small sandwich not the big one with the sweet bun (Don’t recommend that at all) unless you like sweet tasting bread. The small hot ham and cheese is perfect with normal bread. Also their curly fries are awesome.
