We came in for dinner and it seemed like the staff was not ready for customers. One of my associates ordered a strawberry shake and the other ordered a chocolate shake but we received two strawberry shakes. Items had been forgotten from the order and had to be retrieved after the fact.

We had the freshest fast food here today. Buns nice and soft, meat fresh and warm as were the fries. We are traveling through but would definitely stop on our way back home.

Stopped for a quick bite on a long drive home with family. Should have walked out when I noticed the 4 people waiting for their orders looking like they had been there for days. Employee was asleep standing at the counter- had to speak loudly to get her attention and wake her up. Food was terrible. Sloppy, no flavor and cold fries. No one in my family finished their meal. Another employee was weed- whacking outside and stones were hitting the dining room windows like a rock storm. We couldn’t do anything but laugh at this twilight zone of an experience. Restrooms were disgusting – I decided to hold it and go to a nearby gas station. Steer clear of this place. Basically threw $60 away and crossing our fingers we don’t get sick.

The line was only three cars at the drive through window. The car ahead of me drove away because they wait was ridiculously long. We waited forever and then they go our order incorrect. I wasn’t taking time to wait even longer to get it corrected. We live 3 hours away and just wanted to feed our 5 year old and get home. Not to mention when they did talk to us they sounded irritated and rushed. Even though once it was our turn we still waited forever once it was our turn.

Extremely clean dining room floors. Chairs could use some attention, as well as the bathroom (women’s visited), look up at the vents! Food and service was alright

Food was sloppier than other Hardee’s I’ve had. The service wasn’t the best either, the person who took our order misheard us multiple times, thinking we wanted onions on a burger, and not onion rings, despite us saying we wanted onion rings at least 3 times. And too add to it, the tables weren’t wiped down, and it was overall unclean.

Waited 20 min 10 at the sign no one ahead of me. At over 10 dollers for basic double just dine out. You will save time and money ironically enough. They are either to understaffed or to little hustle to ever be Considered fast food

Wait so long at drive thru that people are leaving and/or going inside to cancel their order. There were only two cars ahead of me and I waited 25 minutes for cold fries.
