What a joke! We order 6 breakfast sandwiches. I decided I would order onlin3 because they probably would not have 6 chicken breast cooked. I order ahead and select ASAP. I then make my way way to the Hardee’s. I get to the restaurant and pull into the drive thru. I pull up to the widow to get my food. It has been 30 minutes. And the woman would not come to the window. I knock on the glass, and she motions that I should pull ahead. I have already paid and it has been 30 minutes since I e my on-line order. 8 again tap on the glass and now a guy come to the window I explained I just want to pick up my online order. He looks at me annoyed and says ” please pull ahead” I said it was a online order I made 30 minutes ago. He again looks angry and say pull up and ee will bring it out when it’s ready. Huh? Why is it not ready and why am I being asked to pull up? I am the only customer! The real question is hey is the food not ready? I am the only customer! I wait another 6 minutes! Anyways McDonald’s is across the street! I will never return to this location! The food was very good despite the wait. But the customer experience was awful !

What happened to the raisin biscuit ? Replaced with this sad cinnamon roll? Almost 5$ for a SEC biscuit is not right man… what used to be a 6$ breakfast is now almost double. Not this locations fault… just as a franchise. Sad…

Friendly staff. Asked for recommendations, the employee said they didn’t like any burgers here after eating them for years. It was our first time at Hardee’s though, so we figured we’d give it a try. The Monster Angus Burger? Once but not again — we had to add mayonaise and pickles from a different store to make it enjoyable! The Famous Star® (so silly it has that ®) with Cheese was average, does the job but nothing special really. The only exciting burger we had was the Super Star® with Cheese, juicy.
