Absolutely disgusting, I’m officially done with this Hardee’s location! Considering the time of the wait , I was thinking my food would be hot when I got home . The fries were cold and undercooked, the burgers tasted like straight char! ( Guessing they haven’t cleaned the grill in some time ) Hey, at least the Diet Coke was good. Never again! Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonalds . 30 dollars for 2 meals , what a waste. Would give 0 stars if I could .

Hardees used to be a good fast food restaurant. Now it is horrible. Stopped two times recently at the Hardee’s in Fond du Lac , both times the experience was bad . I waited 15 minutes to get a ham an cheese after I wanted 8 minutes for them to take my order, I was the only one in the drive through! Then they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of what I ordered! When I went in and exchanged it for the ham and cheese . I shouldn’t have bothered! Food was cold and not good at all. Doesn’t get much worse! I will not be back

If there was a half star it would have been it! Sat in the drive through, 1 car ahead of us mind you. Still sitting for 23 minutes before help comes to the window only to be told to pull ahead and wait some more because there is a 2 min wait for chicken tenders. Now at this point I have paid and everything so I’m committed because a lack of my better judgement by the first 23 min. So I waited another nine minutes until my food came out. Haha funny thing is that everything besides my tenders were room temp at best and the fries were mushy. I really hope upper management reads these, something should be addressed as soon as possible.

Burger. Wopper wasn’t bad except for the tomatoes they were not good. And the fish sandwich was very tough and hard on the crust on certain parts. The morning that I visited this Hardee’s was somewhat unusual — it was before I had to report for possible jury duty and I was killing some time as I would have been VERY early otherwise. I walked into the restaurant and didn’t see another soul, save one male employee running about frantically behind the counter taking drive-thru orders and then preparing the food. I waited patiently for about 7 or 8 minutes as he tried to keep up, punctuated sporadically by him asking me to please wait as he was trying to get through all of the pending orders. As I had the time to spare, I told him that it wasn’t a big deal and waited. He finally was able to get through the orders and apologized profusely, to which I replied again that it really wasn’t a problem. I ordered my food, paid for it and then asked if he was actually the only employee in the store. He nodded and then added that someone that should have arrived at 7 AM didn’t show up so he was on his own until 8 AM.

Not planing on going back until they start cleaning the place better especially the play land where children play. Every time you walk into Hardees the floor is constantly sticky and the tables are cleaned there is always dirty tables and the service is slow

This is not part of the franchise. It is not available in the official app and they almost never carry the nationality advertised specials. The workers are rude when asked about the specials and they are slow and the food is almost always not hot. Some of the items also are not the same as the franchise places as we have compared the breakfast biscuits and we suspect other items are different.
